How to Switch Gold Facility Between Avatars in SpeedLight

If you're using SpeedLight and need to transfer your Gold facility from one avatar to another, there are two methods available for you to do so:

Method 1: Self-Service Option (For Users)

You can easily switch your Gold facility between avatars by following these steps:

1. Log in to the avatar that does not have the Gold facility enabled.
2. In the menu, click on the "FREE" option.
   
3. If you already have an active avatar with Gold facility A list of your avatars will appear. Select the avatar you want to transfer the Gold facility from.
   

This method is straightforward, but if you encounter any issues or confusion, there’s another option available.

If you're unable to switch the Gold facility using the self-service option, or if you need to transfer Gold between accounts, please contact SpeedLight Support. Our team will assist you in transferring the Gold facility to the desired avatar.

• Transferring Gold between accounts: Please note that we do not support transferring or switching Gold status between different SpeedLight accounts.
